  Seventh Grade Drama Presents "Zeus vs. Cronus"

 


The following photos are from the 7th grade performance of "Zeus vs. Cronus", written & performed by the 1st quarter drama class.
It depicts the exchange of power from Cronus to his son, Zeus that ends with a wrestling match on the Plains of Olympia.
Some say this is the origin of the Olympic games.

 


Rhea gives the baby Poseidon to Cronus to eat.
Zeus wins!

 
The wrestling match begins on the Plains of Olympia.
Hestia provides light for her siblings trapped in Cronus' stomach.
   
The freed Cyclopes offers weapons to the Olympian Gods.

The Olympian Gods release the Cyclopes for his help.
 
The Titan, Cronus, prepares to fight his son, Zeus.
