Parent volunteers play a very important role at Hampton Roads Academy. Volunteer forms are sent to parents at the beginning of each school year. Please return the completed form to the Advancement Office. Parents, friends and grandparents have opportunities to volunteer in ways that make good use of their talents and interests. Volunteers are needed for Parents Association activities, Navigator Club, Friends of the Arts and various departments in the school. There is always a need for volunteers for the library, help with the art department and for bulk mailings.
The Parents' Association is a parent volunteer club committed to being a truly inclusive organization and invites all parents to get involved. They are in the process of forming committees for the 2016 - 2017 school year. They are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and organized volunteers to help with the many fun events we have planned.
