Lower School Cultural Cuisine Luncheon

On Friday, February 7, HRA's Lower School community gathered to celebrate the yearlong theme, "Different but the Same," with a special luncheon featuring foods from around the world.  The Lower School Cultural Cuisine Luncheon introduced students to a wide array of culinary traditions.  Lower School parents provided more than 25 food samples representing all of the world's continents. Many parents and students who attended the luncheon wore special clothing reflecting their family's heritage.  Friday's luncheon was a great success and a valuable learning opportunity for HRA's young students.
