HRA’s annual Hairathon benefited The American Cancer Society

On February 23, the Lower School Leadership Assembly celebrated the LS SCA Hairathon which benefits The American Cancer Society.
Twelve members of the HRA community participated by donating their hair to make wigs for women suffering from the side effects of chemotherapy.  Students, parents, faculty and grandparents volunteered to have their hair cut for this worthy cause.  Our youngest participant was a 1st grade student.  LS SCA members, Maya Elsaadat, Arushi Raizada and Leo Dutle, assisted with the day's special program.  Click here to view more photos.
