Summer Navigator Update

HRA 7th grader, Issac Lamprecht, competed in the USA Triathlon Nationals Youth Championships this summer as a member of the Endorphin Fitness Youth Triathlon team.

Isaac averaged a personal best 20.1 mph on the 10km bike ride after posting a 4:14 swim and then closed the race with a 6:30 min/mi pace on the 2.5 km run to place 24th nationally in his age group. Congratulations, Issac!
